循证护理对原发性肝癌晚期患者临终关怀的效果研究

目的 探讨原发性肝癌晚期患者临终关怀中实施循证护理的效果。方法 取2016年1月~2017年1月本院收治的90例原发性肝癌晚期患者进行研究，按患者临终护理方式将患者分为基础组和循证组各45例，对基础组患者实施基础护理，对循证组患者临终关怀中实施循证护理干预，统计分析两组患者的护理效果。结果 循证组患者护理后1个月、3个月VAS评分、3个月后HAMD、HDMD与基础组相比明显较低，FACT与基础组相比明显较高，P<0.05。结论 原发性肝癌晚期患者临终关怀中实施循证护理效果优良，可改善患者临终前生活质量。

Evidence-based Nursing is Used for End-of-life Care of Patients with Advanced Primary Hepatic Carcinoma

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing in the end care of patients with advanced liver cancer.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,90 patients with advanced primary liver cancer were studied.According to the mode of hospice nursing,the patients were divided into two groups:the basic group and the evidence-based group.45 patients in each group.The patients in the basic group were given basic nursing care,and the patients in the evidence-based group were treated with evidence-based nursing intervention in hospice care.The nursing effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The patients in the evidence-based group had 1 months after nursing,3 months VAS score,and 3 months later,HAMD,and the HDMD was significantly lower than the basic group.FACT was significantly higher than that in the basic group.P<0.05. Conclusion The evidence-based nursing in the terminal care of patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma is effective,which can improve the quality of life of the dying patients.
