| 摘 要： | 人乳头瘤病毒感染与宫颈癌及宫颈上皮内瘤样病变的关系密切，高危型人乳头瘤病毒持续感染是引发CIN及子宫颈癌进展和复发的重要病原学因素。本文从药物、物理、手术及综合治疗等方面对宫颈HPV感染的治疗进展进行讨论，为临床治疗提供参考。

| Abstract: | Human papillomavirus infection is closely related to cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.High-risk human papillomavirus infection is an important etiological factor that triggers the progression and recurrence of CIN and cervical cancer.This article discusses the progress of treatment of cervical HPV infection from the aspects of medicine, physics,surgery and comprehensive treatment,and provides reference for clinical treatment. |
