多排螺旋CT诊断肝血管瘤及肝脏肿瘤的临床价值分析

摘    要:目的 分析多排螺旋CT诊断肝血管瘤及肝脏肿瘤的临床价值。方法 选取2015年11月~2017年12月我院收治的肝血管瘤及肝脏肿瘤患者96例,根据疾病种类分为PHC组、ML组和LH组,每组32例。对所有患者的肝脏采用灌注CT型诊断监测,对比三组占位性病灶实质位置、周围实质位置以及健康肝脏实质位置灌注参数(HBF、HBV、MTT、PS、HAF)。结果 ①占位性病灶实质位置:PHC组的HBF和HAF均大于其他两组(P<0.05),PHC组和LH组的HBV均大于ML组(P<0.05),PHC组MTT小于其他两组(P<0.05);三组PS比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②占位性病灶周围实质位置:HC组和ML组的HBF大于LH组,PHC组和ML组的HAF小于LH组,P<0.05;ML组的PS大于其他两组(P<0.05);三组HBV和MTT比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③健康肝脏实质位置:PHC组MTT小于其他两组(P<0.05);PHC组HAF大于其他两组(P<0.05);三组HBV、PS、HBF比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 采用CT灌注成像获得的参数能够很好地对LH与肝脏肿瘤进行监测与诊断

Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma and liver tumor. Methods 96 patients with hepatic hemangioma and liver tumors admitted to our hospital from November 2015 to December 2017 were enrolled.The patients were divided into PHC group,ML group and LH group according to the disease type,32 cases in each group.Perfusion CT-type diagnostic monitoring was performed on the liver of all patients,and the parenchymal position,peripheral parenchymal position,and healthy liver parenchymal perfusion parameters(HBF,HBV,MTT,PS,HAF)of the three groups were compared. Results ①The location of the space-occupying lesions:The HBF and HAF of the PHC group were higher than the other two groups (P<0.05),the HBV of the PHC group and the LH group were larger than the ML group(P<0.05),the MTT of PHC group was lower than that of the other two groups(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the three groups of PS (P>0.05).②The local location of the space-occupying lesions:The HBF of the HC group and the ML group was greater than that of the LH group,the HAF of the PHC group and the ML group was lower than that of the LH group,P<0.05;the PS of the ML group was larger than the other two groups(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the three groups of HBV and MTT(P>0.05).③Healthy liver parenchymal position: MTT was lower in PHC group than in other two groups(P<0.05);HAF in PHC group was higher than other two groups(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in HBV,PS and HBF between the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The parameters obtained by CT perfusion imaging can well monitor and diagnose LH and liver tumors.
