锁定钢板与双切口双钢板内固定治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折的疗效对比研究

目的 比较锁定钢板与双切口双钢板内固定治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法 选择我院骨科收治的84例复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为两组，每组42例，对照组双切口双钢板内固定治疗，观察组锁定钢板治疗，比较两组围手术期临床指标及临床疗效。结果 手术时间、术中出血量在两组患者间比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组负重时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；术后随访1年，两组并发症发生率及膝关节功能优良率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 锁定钢板与双切口双钢板内固定治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折有效性及安全性相近，但锁定钢板可以缩短负重时间及促进骨折愈合，在整体上更具优势。

Comparative Study on Efficacy of Locking Plate and Double-incision Double Plate Internal Fixation for Complex Tibial Plateau Fractures

Abstract:Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of locking plate and double-incision double plate internal fixation for complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods 84 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures treated in our department of orthopedics were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups.Each group consisted of 42 patients.The control group received double-incision double-plate internal fixation and the observation group was treated with locking plate.The perioperative clinical indicators and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The weight-bearing time and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 year of follow-up,there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications and the excellent rate of knee joint function between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effectiveness and safety of locking plate and double-incision double plate internal fixation for the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures are similar,but locking the plate can shorten the weight-bearing time and promote fracture healing,and it has an overall advantage.
