慢性乙型肝炎患者治疗依从性及其对生活质量的影响

目的 探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者抗病毒治疗的依从性及其与生活质量的关系。方法 采用治疗依从性调查问卷和慢性肝病问卷对154例纳入研究的住院慢性乙型肝炎患者进行横断面调查。结果 154例患者中有127例患者进行抗病毒治疗，用药依从性好占66.93%，定期复查的依从性好占75.97%，按时作息的依从性好占81.82%，不饮酒的依从性好占88.96%。用药依从性好的患者生活质量在各维度的得分均高于依从性差的患者，在腹部症状、全身症状、活动维度的得分差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），在乏力、情感功能、焦虑维度的得分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 医务工作者需要关注慢性乙型肝炎患者抗病毒治疗的依从性，患者用药的依从性与生活质量相关，提高治疗依从性可以改善患者的生活质量。

Treatment Compliance of Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B and its Influence on Quality of Life

Abstract:Objective To investigate the compliance of antiviral therapy in patients with chronic hepatitis B and its relationship with quality of life.Methods 154 hospitalized patients with chronic hepatitis B were investigated by therapeutic compliance questionnaire and chronic liver disease questionnaire.Results 127 of 154 patients were treated with antiviral therapy.Good compliance of drug use was 66.93%,good compliance of regular reexamination was 75.97%,good compliance of working and rest on time was 81.82%,good compliance of non-drinking was 88.96%.The scores of quality of life of patients with good compliance were higher than those of patients with poor compliance.There were significant differences in abdominal symptoms,systemic symptoms and activity dimensions(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of asthenia,emotional function and anxiety dimension(P>0.05).Conclusion Medical workers need to pay attention to the compliance of antiviral therapy in patients with chronic hepatitis B.The compliance of patients with drugs is related to the quality of life improving the compliance of treatment can improve the quality of life of patients.
