复方苦参洗剂联合克霉唑阴道片治疗妊娠期念珠菌性阴道炎临床效果观察

目的 观察分析中西医结合治疗妊娠期念珠菌性阴道炎临床效果。方法 选取我院2016年1月~2017年6月治疗的68例妊娠期念珠菌性阴道炎患者，随机分成观察组和对照组各34例。对照组采用克霉唑阴道片治疗，观察组采用复方苦参洗剂联合克霉唑阴道片治疗，并对两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、复发率进行对比分析。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.12%，明显优于对照组的85.29%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率为11.76%，复发率为5.88%，低于对照组的17.65%和14.71%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 复方苦参洗剂联合克霉唑阴道片治疗妊娠期念珠菌性阴道炎，临床疗效显著，有效降低疾病复发率，具有较高安全性，值得临床推广。

Clinical Effect of Compound Sophora Flavescens Lotion Combined with Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablet in the Treatment of Candida Vaginitis during Pregnancy

Abstract:Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of Candida vaginitis in pregnancy.Methods 68 patients with candidal vaginitis during pregnancy from January 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into observation group(n= 34)and control group(n=34).The control group was treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablet.The observation group was treated with compound Sophora flavescens lotion combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablet.The clinical effect,adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.12%, which was significantly better than that in the control group 85.29%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.76%,and the recurrence rate was 5.88%,which was lower than that in the control group 17.65% and 14.71%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Sophora flavescens lotion combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablet in the treatment of Candida vaginitis during pregnancy has a significant clinical effect, effectively reduces the recurrence rate of the disease,and is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
