先天性MCMV感染对小鼠海马中胆固醇表达的影响及意义

摘    要:目的 观察先天性MCMV神经系统感染对小鼠海马发育过程中胆固醇表达的影响。方法 建立先天性MCMV神经系统感染模型,用HPLC法检测发育3日龄、15日龄及30日龄小鼠海马胆固醇表达水平,并与对照组相比较。结果 在先天性MCMV感染组及对照组中,海马胆固醇表达水平均呈渐进性增加,差异统计学意义显著(P<0.01);与对照组比较,MCMV感染组海马表达水平均低于同时期对照组,差异统计学意义显著(P<0.01)。结论 胆固醇在海马发育过程中起重要作用,先天性MCMV感染能在近期、中远期降低海马胆固醇表达水平,这可能是CMV宫内感染导致子代出现中远期神经系统后遗症的发病机制之一。

Abstract:Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of congenital MCMV nervous system infection on cholesterol expression during hippocampus development in mice.Methods A congenital MCMV nervous system infection model was established.The expression of cholesterol in hippocampus of mice at 3 days,15 days and 30 days old was detected by HPLC and compared with the control group. Results In the congenital MCMV infection group and the control group,the expression level of cholesterol in hippocampus increased gradually,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the expression level of hippocampus in MCMV infection group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Cholesterol plays an important role in the development of hippocampus.Congenital MCMV infection can reduce hippocampal cholesterol expression in the short-term and medium-term, which may be one of the pathogenesis of medium-term and long-term neurological sequelae in CMV intrauterine infection.
