中西医治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果分析

目的 探讨分析糖尿病肾病患者接受中医治疗的临床效果，为临床治疗提供可靠的依据。方法 2015年1月~12月我院接收60例糖尿病肾病患者，将患者分成对照组和实验组，各组30例，对照组患者使用西医治疗，实验组患者使用中医治疗，对两组的治疗后有效率及各项指标分析。 结果 实验组有效率93.33%，高于对照组有效率73.33%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且治疗后实验组在尿蛋白定量、尿蛋白排泄率、血清肌酐、尿素氮等方面均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 糖尿病肾病可以选择中医治疗方式，其有效率高，具有较高应用价值。

Clinical Effect Analysis of Diabetic Nephropathy Treated by Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in diabetic nephropathy patients and to provide reliable basis for clinical treatment.Methods From January to December 2015,60 patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into two groups:control group(n=30)and experimental group(n=30).The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine.The effective rate and various indexes were analyzed after treatment in both groups.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,higher than the control group,the effective rate was 73.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group in urine protein quantitative,urine protein excretion rate,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and so on.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diabetic nephropathy can be treated by traditional Chinese medicine.It has high efficiency and high application value.
