食管癌微创手术与机器人手术的研究

摘    要:食管癌是我国常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,手术切除仍然是目前最主要的治疗方式。食管切除是一项复杂且耗时的工程,有着较高术后并发症率及死亡率,微创技术的发展在很大程度上提高手术的安全性和有效性。达芬奇机器人在食管切除手术中的应用尚有很多争议,但已有研究证实机器人辅助食管切除在短期疗效方面与传统微创手术相当,虽然难以阐述其直接对患者的临床益处,但对外科医生而言,它让整个手术过程的轻松,能潜移默化地缓解长期工作所带来的慢性创伤。总之,机器人辅助食管癌根治术是安全可行的,但目前关于机器食管的资料有限,缺乏随机对照试验来证明其真正的优势。

Abstract:Abstract:Esophageal cancer is a common malignant tumor of digestive tract in China.Surgical resection is still the most important treatment method.Esophageal resection is a complicated and time-consuming project with high postoperative complications and mortality.The development of minimally invasive technology has greatly improved the safety and effectiveness of surgery.The application of Leonardo da Vinci robot in esophagectomy is controversial.But some studies have shown that robot-assisted esophagectomy is comparable to traditional minimally invasive surgery in the short term.Although it is difficult to explain its direct clinical benefits to patients,it makes the whole procedure easier for surgeons.Robot-assisted radical resection of esophageal cancer is safe and feasible,but the current data on robotic esophagus are limited and lack of randomized controlled trials to prove its true advantages.
