2013-2017年渭南市重点人群尿碘检测结果分析

目的 分析渭南地区重点人群的碘营养状况,为有针对性的防治碘缺乏病提供对策。方法 2013-2017年每年分别选取渭南市10个县的1所小学,从每所小学选取42名学生采集尿液测定尿碘;对抽中的街道/乡镇随机选取21名孕妇采集尿样测定尿碘。结果 2013-2017年 共计检测儿童7 400份尿样,尿碘中位数是269.4 μg/L,儿童尿碘小于100 μg/L的样本占检测总数的10.0％,尿碘大于100 μg/L的样本占检测总数的90.0％,其中尿碘大于300 μg/L的样本占检测总数的38.3%;共计检测孕妇4 300份尿样,尿碘中位数是 219.6μg/L,孕妇尿碘小于150 μg/L的样本占检测总数的35.6%,尿碘大于150 μg/L的样本占检测总数的64.4%,其中尿碘大于500 μg/L的样本占检测总数的8.6%。结论 渭南市10个县市区儿童人群碘营养水平总体仍处于超适量摄入状态,特需人群碘营养水平总体处于适宜状态,孕妇碘摄入量可以满足人体需要,碘营养状况良好。

Urine iodine from the focus group of people in Weinan,2013-2017

Objective To investigate iodine nutrition levels of school age children from 8 to 10 years old and pregnant women in 10 counties of Weinan,Shanxi Provinces,in order to offer targeted countermeasures in work of iodine deficiency disorders prevention and control. Methods From 2013 to 2017,one primary schools in 10 counties (cities,districts) of Weinan were selected each year.42 pupils were collected from each primary school to collect urine for urine iodine determination.Urine samples were taken randomly from 21 pregnant women in each selected township / street to determine urinary iodine. Results 7 400 children urine samples were tested from 2013 to 2017 and urine iodine median was 269.4μg/L.The children urinary iodine level less than 100 μg/L was 10.0% of the total sample,and more than 100 μg/L was 90.0%,in which urine iodine more than 300μg/L was 38.3%.4 300 pregnant women urine samples were tested and urine iodine median was 219.6μg/L.The pregnant women urine levels less than 150 μg/L was 35.6% of the total sample,and more than 150 μg/L was 64.4%,in which urine iodine above 500 μg/L was 8.6%. Conclusion The iodine nutrition of children in 10 counties of Weinan in general is still in a state of excess intake.The overall level of iodine nutrition of Special population is in the right state and the iodine nutrition is in good condition.
