2014-2016年张家口市某医院2 902例过敏原检测结果分析

目的 通过分析该院2 902例过敏性疾病患者过敏原检测结果,筛查常见过敏原。方法 采用免疫印迹法,对过敏性疾病患者进行吸入性及食入性过敏原特异性IgE抗体检测,并对检测结果进行分析。结果 (1)2 902例过敏性疾病患者中,男性占75.36%,女性占24.64%,男性多于女性,且过敏原检测结果阳性率男性(35.29%)高于女性(10.23%),差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05 )。(2)过敏原检测阳性率各年龄组间比较,21~30岁组(17.51%)高于其他年龄组,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05 ),其他各年龄组间差异无统计学意义( P>0.05 )。(3)患者吸入性过敏原以艾蒿阳性率(24.91%)最高,与其他过敏原相比差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05 );食入性过敏原以鳕鱼/龙虾/扇贝(9.55%)、鲑鱼/鲈鱼/鲤鱼(7.55%)和蟹(7.1%)为主。(4)艾蒿在2014、2015、2016年八月检测阳性率分别为12.68%、10.73%、5.95%,分别与每年其它月份比较,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05 )。结论 结果显示,过敏原检测阳性率比较,男性高于女性,21~30岁组高于其他年龄组,艾蒿高于其他过敏原且每年八月份最高。

Allergen test in a hospital in Zhangjiakou,2014-2016

Objective To screen common allergens of patients with allergic diseases by analyzing 2902 cases in our hospital. Methods Western blotting was used to detect inhaled and ingestion allergen-specific IgE antibodies in patients with allergic diseases and the results were analyzed. Results (1)Among 2902 patients with allergic diseases,75.36% were male and 24.64% were female,more males than females.The positive rate of male allergens(35.29%)was higher than that of female(10.23%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The positive rate of allergen detection in 21-30 years old group(17.51%)was higher than that of others,and the difference was significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference among other age groups(P>0.05).(3)The highest positive rate of patients inhaled allergen was mugwort,and the difference was significant compared with others(P<0.05).The main food allergens were cod/lobster/scallop(9.55%)/salmon/striped bass/carp(7.55%)and crab(7.1%).(4)The positive rates of mugwort in August in 2014/2015/2016 were 12.68%/10.73% and 5.95% respectively,which were significantly different from those of other months in each year(P<0.05). Conclusion The results show that the positive rate of allergen testing is higher in males than females.21-30 years old is higher than other age groups,and mugwort is higher than other allergens and the highest is in August each year.
