延续性护理在冠心病PCI术后并发症的预防效果分析

目的 研究冠心病PCI术后并发症用延续性护理的预防效果。方法 回顾性分析2013年9月~2016年7月本院接诊的92例冠心病PCI手术病患的病历资料，根据患者自愿选择的护理模式对其进行分组，干预组和对照组各46例，其中干预组采用延续性护理模式，对照组采用常规护理模式。观察两组干预后并发症的发生情况，比较生活质量评分。结果 干预组的并发症发生率为6.52%，比对照组的26.09%低，P＜0.05。干预组干预半年后的生后质量评分比对照组高，P＜0.05。结论 对冠心病PCI手术病患应用延续性护理，可有效预防并发症，改善生活质量。

Analysis of the Preventive Effect of Continuous Nursing on Complications after PCI Operation in Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To study the preventive effect of continuous nursing on postoperative complications of coronary heart disease (PCI).Methods The clinical data of 92 patients with coronary artery disease undergoing PCI between September 2013 and July 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the patient's voluntary care pattern,46 cases were divided into intervention group and control group.Among them,the intervention group adopted the continuous nursing model and the control group adopted the conventional nursing model.The incidence of complications after the intervention was observed,and the quality of life scores were compared.Results The complication rate in the intervention group was 6.52%,which was lower than that in the control group 26.09%, P<0.05.The quality of life after six months intervention intervention group than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of continuous nursing for PCI patients with coronary heart disease can effectively prevent complications and improve the quality of life.
