黛力新治疗冠心病伴发心理疾病的临床疗效观察

目的 观察黛力新治疗冠心病伴发心理疾病的临床效果。方法 选择我院2016年1月~10月收治的86例冠心病合并焦虑/抑郁状态的患者进行研究，随机分为治疗组和常规组，各43例。常规组患者接受常规冠心病药物治疗，治疗组在此基础上给予黛力新治疗+心理护理干预，观察并比较两组治疗效果、患者心理情绪改善情况及不良事件发生率。结果 治疗组的总有效率为93.02%，高于常规组的65.12%，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，治疗组的焦虑（51.21±5.17）分vs（59.64±6.02）分]和抑郁评分（48.25±4.14）分vs（54.36±5.36）分]均低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组心血管事件发生率为0，不良反应发生率为6.98%，常规组心血管事件发生率为4.65%，不良反应发生率为2.33%，组间比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 对冠心病伴发心理疾病的患者给予黛力新治疗，能够有效改善患者焦虑和抑郁等不良的心理状态，获取更为理想的治疗效果。

Clinical Observation of Deanxit in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Mental Disorders

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of Deanxit in the treatment of coronary heart disease associated with mental disorders.Methods From January to October 2016,86 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety/depression were randomly divided into treatment group and routine group with 43 cases each.The patients in the routine group were treated with conventional coronary heart disease drugs,and the treatment group were treated with Deanxit+mental nursing on this basis.The effect of treatment,the improvement of psychological emotion and the incidence of adverse events were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.02%,higher than that of the conventional group 65.12%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the anxiety of the treatment group(51.21±5.17)scores vs(59.64 ±6.02)scores]and depression score(48.25±4.14)vs(54.36±5.36)]were lower than those of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular events was 0,the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.98%,the incidence of cardiovascular events in the routine group was 4.65%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.33%,there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Deanxit for patients with coronary heart disease with psychological disease can effectively improve the mental state of anxiety and depression,and obtain more ideal therapeutic effect.
