| 摘 要： | 目的 分析铜陵市义安区高危型HPV-DNA筛查结果，探讨HPV-DNA的临床价值。方法 对2016年3月~2016年5月义安地区1165例21~65岁妇女采用HPV-DNA检测筛查。结果 1165例标本中HPV-DNA阳性率为8.07%，共检测15种基因型，其中HPV52基因型感染率最高为1.89%，HPV11基因型感染率最低为0.09%，HPV单一感染发生率6.70%，二重HPV感染率0.94%，三重HPV感染率0.43%。结论 定期进行HPV-DNA检测，可以预测发生宫颈癌的风险，HPV分型检测对宫颈癌筛查具有重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Abstract:Objective To analyze the results of high risk HPV-DNA screening in Yian district,Tongling city,and to explore the clinical value of HPV-DNA.Methods From March 2016 to May 2016,1165 women aged 21 to 65 in Yian district were screened by HPV-DNA.Results The positive rate of HPV-DNA in 1165 cases was 8.07%,and 15 genotypes were detected.The highest HPV52 genotype infection rate was 1.89%,and the lowest HPV11 genotype rate was 0.09%.The incidence of HPV single infection was 6.70%,double HPV infection rate was 0.94%,the triple HPV infection rate was 0.43%.Conclusion HPV-DNA detection on a regular basis can predict the risk of cervical cancer and HPV typing has important clinical value for cervical cancer screening. |
