全面疼痛护理干预对骨科患者术后疼痛的影响

目的 观察在骨科手术患者中应用全面的疼痛护理干预对其术后疼痛的影响。方法 选取我院在 2014 年11月~2015年11月收治的骨科患者98例，采用随机法将患者分为对照组和观察组，各49例。对照组常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予疼痛护理干预，采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评估患者术后疼痛，调查其护理满意度及住院时间。结果 采用疼痛护理干预的观察组VAS评分（4.2±0.63）分和住院时间（19.4±1.8）d，低于对照组（7.6±0.94）分、（13.8±1.3）d，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组疼痛护理满意度91.84%，高于对照组65.31%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对骨科患者实施全面的疼痛护理干预，可显著降低患者的疼痛程度，改善患者的生存质量，使护理满意度提高。

Effect of Comprehensive Pain Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Pain in Orthopedic Patients

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive pain nursing intervention on postoperative pain in orthopedic surgery patients.Methods A total of 98 orthopedic patients admitted to our hospital from November 2014 to November 2015 were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care.The observation group received pain nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The visual analog scale (VAS)was used to evaluate the postoperative pain,and the nursing satisfaction and hospitalization time were investigated.Results The VAS score(4.2±0.63)points and hospitalization time(19.4±1.8)d in the observation group with pain nursing intervention were lower than those in the control group(7.6±0.94)points and(13.8±1.3)d.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the pain care satisfaction of the observation group was 91.84%,which was higher than that of the control group 65.31%,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive pain nursing interventions for orthopaedic patients can significantly reduce the pain level of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and increase the satisfaction of nursing.
