椎体成形术单双侧注入骨水泥治疗OVCF的效果分析

目的 探讨椎体成形术单双侧注入骨水泥治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的效果。方法 选取我院于2015年1月~2017年10月收治的70例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组35例。对照组给予单侧注入骨水泥椎体成形术，观察组给予双侧注入骨水泥椎体成形术治疗。比较两组手术时间、住院时间、并发症发生率及生活质量。结果 对照组骨折患者手术时间较观察组短，住院时间较观察组长，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对照组骨水泥渗漏，椎管狭窄、肺栓塞的发生率均高于对照组，但两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；对照组并发症总的发生率高于观察组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者均未失访，术前及出院后3个月生活质量评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；而出院后6个月、出院后1年生活质量评分比较，观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者的椎体成形术治疗中，与单侧注入骨水泥相比，双侧注入骨水泥治疗可缩短其住院时间，改善其生活质量。

Analysis of the Effect of Vertebroplasty with Single and Bilateral Injection of Bone Cement in the treatment of OVCF

Objective To explore the offect of vertebroplasty with single and bilateral injection of bone cement in the treatment of OVCF. Methods 70 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to October 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with unilateral infusion of cemented vertebroplasty, and the observation group was treated with bilateral infusion of cemented vertebroplasty. The operation time, hospitalization time, complication rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The operative time of fracture patients in the control group was shorter than that in the observation group, and the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that in the observation group (P<0.05).The incidence of cement leakage, spinal stenosis and pulmonary embolism in the control group were higher than those in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The total incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no loss of follow-up in both groups. There was no significant difference in quality of life score between preoperative and post-discharge 3 months (P>0.05). 6 months after discharge,the 1-year life quality scores after discharge were higher in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of vertebroplasty in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, bilateral bone cement injection can reduce the incidence of complications and shorten the hospital stay compared with unilateral injection of bone cement.
