化疗患者PICC置管前后心理体验的质性研究

目的 探讨化疗患者PICC置管前后的心理体验，为PICC健康教育工作的开展提供参考依据。方法 采用深入访谈的方法收集11例PICC置管患者的心理体验资料，采用现象学方法进行分析、归纳、整理。结果 提炼出PICC置管前4个方面的主题:对置管感到恐惧、携带管路生活不方便、不信任医护人员、管路维护便利性不足；置管后3个方面的主题: 坦然接受PICC导管、努力学习PICC相关知识、管路维护不及时。结论 化疗患者对PICC导管的认识及维护相关知识欠缺，护理人员应耐心倾听患者的心声，加强宣教力度，全方位、多角度进行健康教育，保证化疗患者PICC导管的顺利使用。

Qualitative Study of Psychological Experience before and after PICC Catheterization in Patients undergoing Chemotherapy

Abstract:Objective To explore the psychological experience of patients with chemotherapy before and after PICC catheterization, and to provide a reference for development of health education in PICC.Methods The psychological experience data of 11 patients with PICC catheterization were collected by in-depth interview.The methods of phenomenology were used to analyze, summarize and sort out.Results The main themes of the four aspects of PICC tube placement were as follows:fear of placing pipe, inconvenient life of carrying pipe,distrust of medical staff,insufficient convenience of pipeline maintenance;The main topics of the three aspects after catheterization were as follows:accepting PICC catheter openly,learning the relevant knowledge of PICC,and the maintenance of pipeline was not timely.Conclusion The understanding and maintenance of PICC catheter in patients with chemotherapy is deficient,and the nursing staff should listen to the voice of the patients patiently.Strengthen propaganda and education,carry out health education in all directions and ensure the smooth use of PICC catheter in patients with chemotherapy.
