Hcy、BNP检测在2型糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的价值分析

目的 分析Hcy和BNP联合检测在2型糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的价值。方法 选取2015年6月~2017年6月我院收治的2型糖尿病患者60例作为研究对象，依据尿蛋白排泄率分为A组（n=20，正常蛋白尿组）、B组（n=20，微量蛋白尿组）、C组（n=20，临床蛋白尿组），选择健康体检者20例作为对照组，对四组血浆Hcy、BNP及Cys-C、UmALB、Scr进行检测，并对检测结果进行比较。结果 UmALB无论被定性为阴性或阳性，A、B、C 三组的Hcy、BNP、Cys-C、Scr均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；UmALB被定性为阳性时，B组、C组的Hcy、BNP、Cys-C、Scr高于A组，组间比较，C组高于B组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 Hcy和BNP与UmALB均存在密切关系，二者联合检测具有较高的诊断准确率，可对2型糖尿病肾病的损害程度进行推断，具有较高的早期诊断价值。

The Value of Hcy and BNP in the Early Diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To analyze the value of combined detection of Hcy and BNP in the early diagnosis of type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were divided into group A(n=20,normal proteinuria group)and group B(n=20,microalbuminuria group),C group(n=20,clinical proteinuria group),20 healthy subjects were selected as the control group,plasma Hcy,BNP and Cys-C,UmALB and Scr were detected in the four groups.The test results were compared.Results Whether UmALB was negative or positive,the levels of Hcy, BNP, Cys-C and Scr in group A,B and C were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05);When UmALB was positive, the levels of Hcy,BNP,Cys-C and Scr in group B and group C were higher than those in group A,compared between groups,C group was higher than B group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hcy and BNP are closely related to UmALB.The combined detection of Hcy and BNP has high diagnostic accuracy,which can be used to infer the degree of damage of type 2 diabetic nephropathy,which has high diagnostic value in early stage.
