某基层医院手术室手术间使用率与人力资源配置的临床研究

摘    要:目的 通过对手术间使用率与人力资源配置的现况调查,分析其原因并优化人力资源配置促进手术室资源的合理使用。方法 采取分层抽样的方法统计我院2016年9月、2017年9月相关数据:开放手术间数,手术间平均开放时间,手术间日使用率,护士平均日工作量,日均手术量,人均超劳工作量,人力资源数,第一台手术预计时间开台比例,手术周转时间,护士幸福指数、患者满意度、医生满意度等,结合手术室实际运行情况、手术需求评估手术室实际所需配备相应人力资源,再对实施人力配置计划前后相关指标的变化做出分析。结果 人力资源配置计划实施后,人力资源得到更大优化,人均超劳工作量减少到2016年度的15.19%,手术延迟比例下降16.65%,连台手术平均周转时间缩短(14.88±4.82)min,手术间手术使用率较前提高7.31%,护士幸福指数提高了(2.22±1.01)分,手术医生、患者对手术室的满意度分别增加了9.82%、14.70%。结论 针对手术间使用率与人力资源配置的现况,采取相对应优化人力资源配置的措施,是提高手术间使用率的有效方法。

Abstract:Abstract:Objective To investigate the current situation of the utilization ratio of operatives and the allocation of human resources,analyze the causes and optimize the allocation of human resources to promote the rational use of operating room resources.Methods The stratified sampling method was used to count the relevant data in September 2016 and September 2017 in our hospital:the number of open operations,the average open time between surgeries,the daily use rate during the operation,the average daily workload of nurses, and the average daily operation volume.The per capita work overload,the number of human resources,the proportion of the first surgery scheduled time,the surgery turnaround time,the nurse's happiness index,the patient's satisfaction,the doctor's satisfaction,etc.,Based on the actual operating conditions of the operating room and the needs of the surgical operation,the operating room needs to be equipped with the corresponding human resources,and the changes in the relevant indicators before and after the implementation of the manpower deployment plan are analyzed.Results After the implementation of the human resources deployment plan,human resources were more optimized,the per capita work overload decreased to 15.19% in 2016,the surgical delay rate decreased by 16.65%,and the average turnaround time for consecutive operations was shortened (14.88±4.82)min.The use rate of interstitial surgery was 7.31% higher than before,and the happiness index of nurses was increased by(2.22±1.01)points.Satisfaction of surgeons and patients with operating rooms increased by 9.82% and 14.70%,respectively.Conclusion According to the current situation of the use rate of operatives and the allocation of human resources,taking corresponding measures to optimize the allocation of human resources is an effective method to improve the utilization ratio of surgery.
