我国老年肿瘤患者心理护理干预文献计量学分析

目的 运用文献计量学分析近年来我国老年肿瘤患者心理护理干预的现状，了解该领域发展趋势和存在问题。方法 采用NoteExpress 软件，检索2008年~2017年在万方数据库收录的老年肿瘤患者心理护理干预相关文献，对年代分布、发文数量、期刊分布、作者分布等情况进行文献计量学分析。结果 符合条件的文献共计107篇，呈逐年增加趋势，2014年后增加最为明显，占文献总量的60.70%，对老年肿瘤心理研究已逐渐从总结体会性文章转向实验性研究。结论 目前国内对老年肿瘤患者心理护理干预的研究逐年增多，老年肿瘤患者的心理问题已受到临床医护人员的广泛关注，但在研究方法、内容、观察指标以及心理护理干预模式等方面有待提高。

Bibliometric Analysis of Psychological Nursing Intervention for Elderly Patients with Cancer in China

Abstract:Objective To analyze the current situation of psychological nursing intervention in elderly patients with cancer in China in recent years,and to understand the development trend and existing problems in this field.Methods NoteExpress software was used to retrieve the literatures on psychological nursing interventions of elderly cancer patients recorded in Wanfang database from 2008 to 2017.Bibliometric analysis was carried out on the distribution of age,number of publications,distribution of journals and distribution of authors.Results A total of 107 articles eligible for the disease showed an increasing trend year by year.The increase was most obvious after 2014,accounting for 60.70% of the total literature.The research on the psychology of the elderly has gradually shifted from the summary of the article to the experimental study.Conclusion At present,the research on psychological nursing intervention for elderly patients with cancer has increased year by year.The psychological problems of elderly cancer patients have been widely concerned by clinical medical staff,but the research methods,contents,observation indicators and psychological nursing intervention models need to be improved.
