贵州省肿瘤医院2010-2016年妇女HPV感染亚型分布情况分析

目的 分析本地区女性感染人乳头瘤病毒( HPV)的情况及亚型分布,了解本地区女性常见HPV感染亚型及不同宫颈疾病时常见HPV感染亚型。方法 对2010-2016年贵州省肿瘤医院6 109例阳性结果进行HPV亚型分布情况分析;根据宫颈活检组织病理诊断结果将1 029例病例分为单纯HPV感染组,CINⅠ组,CINⅡ组、CINⅢ组和宫颈癌组,分析不同宫颈疾病组HPV亚型分布的状况。结果 本地区HPV感染率为24.31%,常见HPV感染亚型主要以52、16型为主;感染类型以单一感染为主。不同宫颈疾病感染亚型均以HPV16和52型为主,其中CINIII和宫颈癌组最常见亚型为HPV16型。结论 本地区HPV亚型分布以HPV52、16、58型为主,基本符合亚洲人群分布且具地区分布特点;HPV16型和52型感染与本地区宫颈疾病密切相关。

Distribution of HPV subtypes in women in Cancer Hospital of Guizhou University,2010-2016

Objective To analysis the distribution characteristics of human papilloma virus(HPV)subtypes in female inpatients and outpatients,and to understand HPV subtypes of different cervical cancers.Methods 6 109 HPV-positive cases from July 2010 to September 2016 in cancer Hospital of Guizhou University were detected to explore the distribution of HPV subtypes.1 029 cervical cancer cases were divided into pure HPV infection group,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)Ⅰ group,CINⅡ group,CINⅢ group and cervical cancer group according to the pathological diagnosis of cervical biopsy to analyze the distribution of HPV subtypes in different cervical diseases.Results The HPV infection rate was 24.31%,and the main HPV subtypes were subtype 52 and 16 in the local area,which were primarily in single infections.The main subtypes of different cervical disease infections were HPV16 and HPV52,the most common subtype in CINIII and cervical cancer group was HPV16.Conclusion The main HPV subtypes were HPV52,16 and 58 in the local area,which was in line with the Asian population distribution and fitted the unique regional distribution characteristics.HPV 16 and 52 infections were closely related with cervical diseases of this region.
