| 摘 要： | 肠道除具有消化、吸收、分泌功能外，还起到重要的屏障功能。终末期肝病患者大多出现肠屏障功能受损，导致细菌移位和内毒素血症，后者又进一步加重肝脏损伤。营养不良亦是终末期肝病患者的常见合并症，机体营养状态的好坏直接影响肝病的发生、发展和预后。通过营养干预来维护肠屏障的功能，对终末期肝病的治疗有重要的临床意义，本文就近年来有关此问题的研究作一综述。

| Abstract: | The intestine plays an important barrier function, apart from the functions of digestion, absorption and secretion. Most patients with end-stage liver disease have impaired functions of intestinal barrier, leading to bacterial translocation and endotoxemia, which further aggravates liver injury. Malnutrition is also a common complication of patients with end-stage liver disease. The nutritional status of patients directly affects the occurrence, development and prognosis of liver disease. Maintaining the function of the intestinal barrier through nutritional intervention has important clinical significance for the treatment of end-stage liver disease. This review is intended to summarize the latest progresses in this area. |
