氟西汀联合小剂量奥氮平治疗重度抑郁症的效果分析

目的 分析并研究氟西汀联合小剂量奥氮平对重症抑郁症进行治疗的效果。方法 本研究选择2016年3月~2017年4月上饶市第三人民医院精神科收治重度抑郁症患者2600例为本次研究对象，采用随机方法将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组1300例。对照组患者选择采用氟西汀进行治疗，观察组患者选择采用氟西汀联合小剂量奥氮平进行治疗，比较两组患者治疗的效果。结果 两组患者的治疗后比较，观察组治疗有效率99.62%，高于对照组88.54%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对两组患者选择采用17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD-17）进行评分，对两组患者的减分率进行评定，观察组患者治疗后减分情况8周末（9.78±1.31）优于对照组（13.82±1.52），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对重度抑郁症患者在治疗时为患者选择采用氟西汀联合小剂量奥氮平进行治疗可以有效的对于患者的临床病情症状进行控制，并且提升患者抑郁量表的减分率，而且药物治疗过程中没有严重不良反映情况，值得推广应用。

Efficacy of Fluoxetine Combined with Low-dose Olanzapine in the Treatment of Severe Depression

Abstract:Objective To analyze and study the efficacy of fluoxetine combined with low-dose olanzapine in the treatment of severe depression.Methods From March 2016 to April 2017,patients with severe depression were treated in Department of Psychiatry, Shangrao third people's Hospital.2600 cases were included in this study.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n=1300)and the control group(n=1300).The patients in the control group were treated with fluoxetine and the patients in the observation group were treated with fluoxetine combined with low-dose olanzapine,comparison of the effect of the two groups of patients.Results Two groups of patients after treatment in the observation group,the effective rate was 99.62%,88.54% higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);two groups of patients were selected by 17 Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD-17)score of the two groups of patients with reduction rate were assessed after treatment in observation group minus 8 weekends(9.78±1.31)better than the control group(13.82±1.52),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with severe depression in the treatment for patients with fluoxetine combined with small dose of olanzapine treatment can be effective for the clinical symptoms of patients with disease control,and improve the patients depression scale reduction rate,and in the process of drug treatment without serious adverse reaction,it is worthy of popularization and application.
