| 摘 要： | 精索静脉曲张是一种常见的男性生殖系统疾病，是导致男性不育的重要原因。目前其应用于临床的治疗方法众多，不同的治疗方式适用于不同类型患者且各有利弊。本文就临床各种方法治疗精索静脉曲张的临床疗效、复发情况及相关并发症的研究现状作一综述。为临床精索静脉曲张治疗方式的选择提供参考。

| Abstract: | Varicocele is a common male reproductive system disease that is an important cause of male infertility.At present,there are many treatment methods for clinical application,and different treatment methods are applicable to different types of patients and each has its own advantages and disadvantages.This article reviews the clinical efficacy,recurrence and related complications of various clinical methods for the treatment of varicocele.Provide a reference for the choice of clinical varicocele treatment. |
