防己黄芪汤加减治疗原发性肾病综合征水肿期的疗效分析

目的 对原发性肾病综合征水肿期患者接受防己黄芪汤加减治疗的临床效果，为临床中医用药治疗提供依据。 方法 根据2016年1月~12月我院接收的原发性肾病综合征水肿期患者36例开展研究，将患者按照数字随机法分成对照组和观察组，每组18例。为对照组患者提供常规西医治疗方式，为观察组患者提供常规西医治疗和黄芪汤增减治疗，对两组的治疗有效率，治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量进行对比。 结果 治疗后对照组有效率70.00%，低于观察组95.00%。差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,对照组治疗前24 h尿蛋白定量（1.36±0.24）g/L，治疗后（0.64±0.13）g /24 h，观察组治疗前为（1.38±0.28）g/L，治疗后为（0.22±0.14）g/24 h；两组治疗前对比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），两组治疗后对比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 原发性肾病综合征水肿期患者接受防己黄芪汤加减治疗效果明显，安全可靠，患者的水肿期症状得到缓解。

Therapeutic Efficacy of Fangji Huangqi Decoction in Treating Nephrotic Syndrome Edema Phase

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of patients with edema of nephritic syndrome treated with decoction of Fangji Huangyu Decoction,and to provide evidence for the clinical treatment of medical drugs.Methods 36 patients with edema stage of nephrotic syndrome received in our hospital from January to December in 2016 were studied.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the digital randomization method.Each group contained 18 cases,patients in the control group were provided with routine western medicine treatment.To provide routine western medicine treatment and Huangqi Decoction for the observation group,the effective rate of the two groups was compared,and the urine protein level of 24 h before and after treatment was compared.Results The effective rate of the control group after treatment was 70.00%,which was lower than the observation group 95.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 24 h urine protein in the control group was (1.36±0.24)g/L before treatment and(0.64±0.13)g/24 h after treatment.The observation group was(1.38±0.28)g/L before treatment and (0.22±0.14)g/24 h after treatment.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with nephrotic syndrome during edema stage is effective,safe and reliable,and the symptoms of edema period are relieved.
