2016年昆明市急性呼吸道感染人群病毒病原谱监测分析

目的 了解昆明市急性呼吸道感染人群病毒病原谱分布情况,为防控工作提供科学依据。方法 收集2016年1-12月昆明市急性呼吸道感染病例标本,采用real-time RT-PCR方法,检测流感及其他16种呼吸道病毒。结果 共计1 098份标本,检出率为25.77%(283/1 098),流感病毒、腺病毒、鼻病毒检出率最高。冬春季流感病毒检出率最高,夏秋季其他呼吸道病毒保持较高检出率,各季节流感病毒检出率(χ2=87.228)及其他呼吸道病毒检出率(χ2=19.197)均有统计学差异(P＜0.05)。流感病毒在16~50岁人群中检出率最高,其他呼吸道病毒在0~5岁及61岁以上人群中检出率最高,各年龄人群流感病毒检出率(χ2=16.767)及其他呼吸道病毒检出率(χ2=20.834)均有统计学差异(P＜0.05)。呼吸道病毒各性别人群检出率(χ2=0.120,P＞0.05),无统计学差异。结论 流感病毒是昆明市急性呼吸道感染的主要病原;其他呼吸道病毒,以腺病毒、鼻病毒为主。二者在流行季节和人群年龄上形成互补,提示我们同时重视防控流感和其他呼吸道病毒。

Pathogen spectrum of acute respiratory virus in Kunming,2016

Objective To analyze the pathogen spectrum of acute respiratory virus in Kunming city,and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of acute respiratory infection. Methods Totally 1 098 samples were collected to detect flu virus and other 16 sorts of the respiratory virus by real-time RT-PCR from January to December 2016 in Kunming. Results The positive rate was 25.77%(283/1 098).The detection rate of Flu,AdV and hRV were high.The positive rate of Flu was higher in spring and winter.However,the positive rate of other respiratory virus was higher in summer and autumn.The positive rate of Flu(χ2=87.228)and another respiratory virus(χ2=19.197)were statistically different(P<0.05)among different seasons.Flu had the highest detective rate at age of 16~50,but other respiratory virus had the highest detective rate at age of 0~5 and over 61.The positive rates of each age group were statistically different(P<0.05)between Flu(χ2=16.767)and another respiratory virus(χ2=20.834).The positive rates of the respiratory virus between male and female were not statistically different(χ2=0.120,P>0.05). Conclusion The main pathogen of acute respiratory infection is influenza virus in Kunming.The main other respiratory virus is AdV and hRV.Flu and other respiratory virus are complementary among different seasons and age groups so we must attach the same importance to both of them.
