二次剖宫产术后并发症发生情况的临床分析

目的 研究我院二次妊娠剖宫产术后并发症发生情况，分析原因并提出预防措施。方法 选择2016年1月~2017年3月我院118例二次妊娠合并瘢痕子宫行二次剖宫产的产妇、126例二次妊娠首次行剖宫产的产妇及186例二次自然分娩产妇的病历资料进行回顾性分析，两两比较三组分娩前后并发症的发生率。结果 二次剖宫产组产妇的盆腹腔黏连、前置胎盘、产后出血、胎盘置入等并发症与首次剖宫产组及二次自然分娩组相比均较高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；首次剖宫产与二次自然分娩产妇分娩前后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产术后并发症发生率较高，应提倡降低剖宫产率，鼓励自然分娩。

Clinical Analysis of Complications after Secondary Cesarean Section

Abstract:Objective To study the complications after cesarean section of secondary pregnancy in our hospital,analyze the causes and put forward the preventive measures.Methods From January 2016 to March 2017,the medical records of 118 cases of second pregnancy with scar uterus undergoing cesarean section in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.126 cases of second pregnancy the first cesarean section and 186 cases of the second natural delivery were analyzed retrospectively.Comparing the incidence of complications before and after the three components between the two.Results Postpartum cesarean section group of maternal pelvic and abdominal adhesions,placenta previa,postpartum hemorrhage,placenta placement and other complications compared with the first cesarean section and the second natural delivery group were higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications before and after the first cesarean delivery and the second natural delivery of maternal delivery(P>0.05).Conclusion The incidence of complications after cesarean section in scar uterus is high,and the rate of cesarean section should be reduced and natural delivery should be encouraged.
