| 摘 要： | 膜联蛋白A2（ANXA2）是钙依赖性膜结合蛋白大家族的一员，其与肿瘤等多种疾病密切相关。近年来，ANXA2在自身免疫性疾病中的研究越来越引起关注，本文介绍了ANXA2在自身免疫性疾病，包括类风湿关节炎、抗磷脂综合征、系统性红斑狼疮、强直性脊柱炎、炎症性肠病等中的研究进展，认为ANXA2参与多种自身免疫性疾病的发病机制，其可能成为多种自身免疫性疾病新的诊断指标和治疗靶点。 |

| Abstract: | Annexin A2（ANXA2）is a member of calcium-dependent membrane-bound protein family，which is closely associated with various diseases such as oncogenesis.Recently，the importance of ANXA2 in autoimmune system diseases has attracted more and more attention.This article describes recent developments in ANXA2 on autoimmune diseases，including rheumatoid arthritis，antiphospholipid syndrome，systemic lupus erythematosus，ankylosing spondylitis，and inflammatory bowel disease.It is believed that ANXA2 is involved in the pathogenesis of various autoimmune diseases and may become a new diagnostic index and therapeutic target for various autoimmune diseases. |
