36例宫腔粘连的宫腔镜诊断与治疗

目的：观察宫腔粘连的宫腔镜诊断与治疗结果。方法：术前阴道内放置米索前列醇400μg扩张宫颈，用Hegar扩张器或B超监测行宫腔镜微型剪锐性分离子宫内粘连。术后给予抗生素、激素、IUD留置治疗。结果：36例完全分离（100％），无并发症发生。经期下腹痛者12例，缓解10例；月经减少或闭经者28例，恢复正常21例；有18例妊娠（50％），受孕与月经恢复者有密切关系。结论：宫腔镜诊治术前阴道内放置米索前列醇400μg可有效地扩张宫颈。宫腔镜是诊断和治疗宫腔粘连的可靠方法。

Diagnosis and Therapy by Hysteroscopy of 36 cases with Intrauterine Adhesion

Objective:To observe the diagnostic and therapeutic result of intrauterine adhesion with hysteroscopy. Method:To give 400ug mifepristone in patients' vagina before therapy in order to dilate their cervix and with Hegar dilator or B ultrasound under hysteroscope separate microscopically intrauterine adhesion.Operation later followed by treatment with antibiotics,hormones and IUD.Results:Among all patients,the intrauterine adhesion were completely separated,no complications occurred,During their menstruation 12 patients had underbelly pains,but 10 cases respited their pains;Of the 28 amenorrhea or hypomenorrhea patints,21 recovered their regular menstrusation;Among all patients,18 had normal intrauterine pregnancy.Therefore,possibly the pregnancy were intimately related to menses recoveries of patients.Conclusions:While carrying out diagnostic and therapeutic hysteroscopy,It is efective for dilating patients' cervi to give 400ug mifepristone in theirvagina before therapy.In addition,the hysteroscopy was also a reliablemethod for diagnosing and treating intrauterine adhesion.
