| 摘 要： | 用低硒、低蛋氨酸饲料喂养大鼠8周后发现大鼠血清、肝脏及心肌中脂质过氧化物含量显著升高,血清维生素E显著下降,而心肌硒含量却显著升高。实验结果表明,在低硒环境下如降低饲料中蛋氨酸水平将导致大鼠体内脂质过氧化反应加剧。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the effect of Met on vitamin E, selenium and lipid peroxide contents of rats in low selenium environment. Lipid peroxide contents of rats in serum, liver and heart of rats fed on low Met increased markedly after 8 weeks. At the same time, serum vitamin E content decreased and heart selenium content increased significantly. The results showed that if Met content in low selenium diet decreased, lipid peroxidation of rats would be quickened. |
