唾液腺腺样囊性癌P53基因蛋白表达与临床病理特征的关系

目的探讨唾液腺腺样囊性癌(ACC)P53基因蛋白表达与临床病理特征的关系.方法选择38例唾液腺ACC病理标本,采用免疫组织化学法进行P53基因蛋白检测.分析P53基因蛋白表达与ACC病理类型、局部复发、远处转移及临床分期的关系.结果 P53基因蛋白检出率为60.5%,其过度表达与唾液腺 ACC的复发、远处转移及术后生存有关(P均＜0.05),与肿瘤病理类型、临床分期无关(P均＞0.05).结论 P53基因蛋白过度表达在唾液腺ACC中有较高的检出率,并可能与患者的临床特征及预后有关.

Analysis of P53 gene protein over-expression in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma

Objective To investigate the occurrence of P 53 gene protein over-expression in s alivary adenoid cystic carcinoma(ACC)and the correlation between P 53 ge ne protein over-expression and prognostic significance.Method 38 cases salivary ACC were studied by immunohist ochemical testing(HIC) to detect P 53 gene protein accumulation. Results The P 53 gene protein accumulation were 60. 5%(23/38).The P 53 gene protein accumulation was related to tumor dis tant metastasis and recurrence(P<0.05),and was not related to pathologic al types,clinical stages(P>0.05).There was a significant correlation be tween P 53 gene protein accumulation and postoperative survival.Conclusion P 53 gene protein accumulation is ve ry common in salivary ACC,and might be useful in screening progress and eval uating prognosis of patients.
