| 摘 要： | 目的探讨牵引、中药熏蒸配合颈前筋膜扩张术对神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法运用牵引中药熏蒸配合颈前筋膜扩张术综合治疗神经根型颈椎病,观察其疗效。结果观察治疗神经根型颈椎病105例,总有效率为91.4%。结论运用牵引中药熏蒸配合颈前筋膜扩张术综合治疗神经根型颈椎病,有良好的康复效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into the effect of traction and TCM suffocating supported with anterior cervical fasciodilatation in the treatment of radicular cervical spondylopathy.Methods Traction and TCM suffocating supported with anterior cervical fasciodilatation were used for comprehensive treating of radicular cervical spondylopathy,and the efficacy was observed.Results 105 cases of patients with radicular cervical spondylopathy were treated and observed,and the total effective rate was 91.4 %.Conclusion The application of traction and TCM suffocating supported with anterior cervical fasciodilatation has a favorable recovery effect for the treatment of radicular cervical spondylopathy. |
