重度烧伤并发创伤后应激障碍的护理体会

目的:总结重度烧伤病人并发创伤后应激障碍的护理体会.方法:对6例重度烧伤病人出现创伤应激障碍后,在观察病情的同时做好创面护理以及并发症的防治,用药治疗并辅助悬浮床治疗,给予患者关心与积极向上的诱导与鼓励.结果:6例重度烧伤患者创伤后应激障碍经药物换药及配合悬浮床治疗后全部治愈,无护理并发症出现.结论:重度烧伤并发创伤后应激障碍患者在使用常规治疗的同时辅助悬浮床治疗,不但可以减少患者反复翻身、反复换药刺激带来的痛苦,还为护士各种操作节省了较多的人力,大大降低了护理难度,同时降低了感染率,提高了创面愈合率.

Nursing Experience of Intercurrent Post-traumatic Stress Disorder of Extensive Burn

Objective： To discuss the experience obtained in nursing intercurrent post -traumatic stress disorder of extensive burn. Method： 6 cases of intercurrent post - traumatic stress disorder of extensive burn patients were collected. As wounds were managed and prevented from complications carefully, the process of detailed patients＇illness was observed and recorded. The medication treatment should combine with auxiliary suspension bed treatment. Active psychological therapy should also be given such as inspiring with hope, encouraging with confidence and more concerning. Result： After comprehensive treatment mentioned above including medication, wound management, auxiliary suspension bed and psychological therapy, all 6 cases of extensive burn patients combining with post - traumatic stress disorder were healed and no complications were observed. Conclusion ： To treat extensive burn patients combining with post - traumatic stress disorder with comprehensive treatment, i. e. conventional treatment plus auxiliary suspension bed management and necessary psychological therapy is not only reduce patient＇s pain caused by repeatedly turn over the body and dressing change, but also largely reduce nursing work amount and difficulty, decrease infection rate and promote wound healing.
