不同剂量尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗塞疗效比较

目的：观察不同剂量尿激酶在溶栓治疗中的作用。方法：应用尿激酶(UK)150万u组与50万u×3天组静脉溶栓治疗发病24小时内的急性脑梗塞各15例。结果：UK150万u组总有效率53.3％，与对照组相比差别无显著性；UK50万u×3天组总有效率80％，与对照组相比差别有显著性。并发脑出血发生率UK150万u组13.3％，UK50万u×3天组6.7％。结论：认为UK50万u×3天组对于病程24小时内的急性脑梗塞有较好疗效。

Comparison of differential doses of urokinase in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective:30 patients(15 in each group) with acute cerebral infarction(ACI) onset within 24h were treated by urokinase(UK) 150u and 50u for days respectively Results:Total effective rate in 150u group was 53 3% There was no significant difference between the two groups Total effective rate in the group of 50u for 3 days was 80% It showed a significant difference with the controlled group Complication of cerebral hemorrhage incidence in former group was 13 3% and in the latter was 6 7% We thought that patients with ACI in 24h in the latter had a better result than the former
