| 摘 要： | 督脉其为＂阳经之海＂,对全身的阳经脉气起着统帅和督促作用,督脉的通达与充盈,是人类生命延缓的根本保证。捏脊可以通调督脉,畅达气血,其作用不可小视。文章就近年来捏脊通督疗法在成年疾患中的临床应用做一综述,以便更深入了解捏脊通督对人体的重要价值,对临床治疗或临床研究皆有重要意义。
