| 摘 要： | 目的建立头孢克肟咀嚼片高效液相色谱法含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为Eclipse XDB—C18柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相为四丁基氢氧化胺（取10％四丁基氢氧化铵溶液10mL，加水690mL，摇匀，用1．5mol·L^-1磷酸调节pH至7．0）．乙腈（70：30）；流速为08mL·min^-1；检测波长为288nm。结果头孢克肟咀嚼片的浓度在0．025mg·mL^-1-1．6mg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好，回归方程Y=66902X＋1926．6，相关系数r=0．9993；精密度试验RSD％=0．1％；平均回收率为100．9％，RSD％=0．56％。结论本方法简便、准确、重复性好，适用于头孢克肟咀嚼片的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of the content of cefixime chewable tablets by HPLC. Methods C18 Column： Eclipse XDB-C18（150mm× 4.6mm, 5μm）. The mobile phase： tetrabutylammonium hydroxide solution （adjusting with 1.5mol. L^-1 phosphate to pH7. 0）-acetonitrile （70：30）. The flow rate was 0.8ml. min^-1. The detection wavelength was 288 nm. Results The standard curve of cefixime was linear in the range of 0. 025 （ 1.6mg. ml^-1 （r = 0.9993）. Regression equation was Y =66902X ＋ 1926.6. The precision was good （RSD% was 0. 1%）. The average recovery of eefixime from its tablets was 100.9% （ RSD% was 0.56% ）. Conclusion This proposed method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for determination of cefixime chewable tablets. |
