儿童自闭症康复及康复人员现状与对策

儿童自闭症病因不确定，尚缺乏确切有效的治疗方法，而且预后较差，国际上研究普遍认为治疗的关键在于通过早期康复训练，提高自闭症患儿在日常生活中的自理、认知、社会交往及适应能力，康复过程中需要家庭、社区、医院及有关专业人士的共同参与。然而，国内外在儿童自闭症康复及康复人员方面存在不同，文章对国内外儿童自闭症的康复训练方法、康复机构及康复人员现状进行综述并提出相应对策，希望可以为国内儿童自闭症的康复提供参考。

The status and Countermeasures of the Rehabilitation and Workers for the Childhood Autism

It is uncertain about the etiology and lack of definite effective treatments of the childhood autism and it has poor prognosis. The early treatment of rehabilitation training to improve the social cognition, independence and adaptability of the childhood autism in daily life is the keypoint generally considered by the international research and that families, communities, hospitals and relevant professionals should participate in the process. However the differences about the rehabilitation and workers for the childhood autism exist at home and abroad. This article will review the status of domestic and foreign rehabilitation methods, institutions and the workers for the childhood autism and propose appropriate countermeasures to provide reference of rehabilitation for the domestic children with autism.
