不定型流感嗜血杆菌保护性抗原研究进展

摘    要:随着b型流感嗜血杆菌(Haemphilus influenzae tybeb,Hib)菌苗在世界范围的广泛接种,全球各地的Hib感染率已大幅度下降。而不定型流感嗜血杆菌(Nontypeable—Haemphilus influenzae,NTHi)的比例大幅上升,已成为主要的Hi致病株,常引起中耳炎、急性上呼吸道感染、肺炎、败血症等疾病。针对NTHi的预防,目前尚无NTHi疫苗产品问世。文章就NTHi疫苗的研究现状、主要保护性疫苗的实验研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:Since Haemophilus influenzae tybe B (HiB) vaccine was widely used in the world, the infection of Haemophilus influenzae tybe B (HiB) decreased significantly. However, the infection of Nontypeable Haemphilus influenza (NTHi) increased dramatically and now has become a leading Hi pathogen, which tends to cause otitis media, acute upper respiratory tract infection, pneumonia and sepsis. This paper reviews the advances of NTHi protective antigens and NTHi vaccine developments because, so far, there is no available NTHi vaccine.
