异甘草酸镁联合薄芝糖肽治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效分析

目的观察异甘草酸镁联合薄芝糖肽治疗慢性乙型肝炎（Chronic Hepatitis Type B，CHB）的疗效。方法将80例慢性乙型肝炎患者，随机分成治疗组40例，对照组40例，治疗组运用异甘草酸镁联合薄芝糖肽治疗；对照组单用重组人干扰素α-2b注射液治疗，疗程均为6个月，观察两组患者治疗前后肝功能及乙肝病毒标志物的变化情况。结果异甘草酸镁联合薄芝糖肽治疗CHB，降ALT、AST有效率、HBV-DNA阴转率、HBeAg阴转率、HbeAb阳转率均优于干扰素（P〈0．05），且治疗过程中末发现明显不良反应。结论异甘草酸镁联合薄芝糖肽治疗CHB安全有效，是治疗慢性乙肝较有效的方法。

Effect of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate Combined with Bozhi Glycopeptide in Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective To observe the effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate combined with Bozhi glyeopeptide in treatment of chronic hepatitis type B. Methods Eighty patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly and evenly divided into two groups. The patients in reatment group received treatment of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate combined with Bozhi glycopeptide and those in the control group were treated by IFN α-2b only. The duration of treatment was 6 months and liver function and HBV markers were monitored before and after the treatment. Results The effects of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the change in ALT and AST. the rate of HBeAg and HBeAb seroconversion and HBV-DNA suppression were more significant in the treatment group than those in the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate combined with Bozhi glycopeptide had a significant effect on treatment of chronic hepatitis B.
