大学生心理健康调查与分析

目的了解大学生心理健康状况及其诱发因素,对其进行分析并提出对策。方法通过分层抽样的方法抽取某校大学生1年级至3年级共370人,应用症状自评量表（简称SCL-90）进行调查。结果不同年级的大学生在强迫,抑郁,焦虑,敌对,偏执方面存在显著差异（P〈0.05）;敌对、偏执因子水平上男生高于女生（P〈0.05）,其他因子水平男女无显著差异（P〉0.05）;在强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执、精神病性六个因子水平上,大学生的得分结果高于全国青年常模（P〈0.05）。结论大学生的心理健康状况不容乐观,必须引起各级主管部门的高度重视。在不同年级和性别中,部分心理问题较突出,应有针对性地开展大学生的健康教育,正确引导使其健康发展。

Psychological Health Investigation of College Students

Objective To investigate college students＇ mental health status and find the responding countmeasures.Method 370 college students from freshman to junior students were surveyed by Symptom Check-list 90（SCL-90）based on stratified sampling method.Results There were significant differences in obsession,depression,anxiety,hostility,paranoid between different grades＇ students;the levels of hostility and paranoid in boys were higher than those in girls,there was no significant difference in other factors;college students＇ scores of obsession,depression,anxiety,hostility,paranoid and psychosis were higher than those of national youth norm.Conclusion The condition of mental health in college students isn＇t optimistic and need more attention by related departments.Since the problems of psychology are prominent in part of students,proper guide should be done in the near future for their health development.
