改良沿腋窝皮纹小切口腋臭根治术

目的探讨改良小切口腋臭根治的手术方法。方法所有患者均采用沿腋窝中部皮肤纹理行走方向改良小切口切除附于两侧皮瓣上的脂肪组织、毛囊、汗腺及适量浅筋膜下的脂肪组织，缝合包扎，第8～9天拆线，术后均随诊6个月～2年。结果57例患者术后效果满意，2例发生伤口延迟愈合。1例发生单侧血清肿。结论改良的沿腋窝皮纹小切口腋臭根治术具有成功率高、并发症率低的优点，比传统的手术方法效果好。

Modified surgical small incision along the skin line of axillary fossa for the radical treatment of bromidrosis

Objective To study a modified surgical technique small incision for the radical treatment of bromidrosis. Methods All patients with bromidrosis were treated by a modified surgical technique small incision along the skin line of middle axillary fossa, to resect the adipose tissue, hair follicle, sweat gland that attaching in the two skin flap , to resect the quantity sufficient adipose tissue under the superficial fascia, sewed up to wrap up, removed stitches the 8 -9 days. All patients were followed up from 6 months to 2 years. Results Fifty - seven patients had very good results. Two patients wounds delayed union. One patient took place the single side seroma. Conclusion This modified surgical technique small incision along the skin line of axillary fossa has the advantage of high achievement ratio and low complication ratio. It has more effective for the radical treatment of bromidrosis than traditional surgical operational method.
