电视胸腔镜辅助下小切口肺结节样病变的诊断及治疗32例报告

目的：探讨电视胸腔镜辅助腋下小切口(VAMT)在肺结节样病变的诊断和治疗中的作用。方法：诊断不明的肺结节样病变患者32例，肿物部位探寻明确后，电视胸腔镜辅助下小切口行肺楔形切除术，术中送冰冻快速病理检查。结果肺部良性肿物24例(错构瘤6例，结核球8例，炎性假瘤6例，动静脉瘘1例，血管瘤1例)，恶性肿瘤8例(腺癌4例，鳞癌1例，转移性肿瘤3例)，经VAMT单纯肺楔形切除术24例，行肺叶切除加淋巴结清扫8例。结论：电视胸腔镜辅助下小切口对肺结节样病变的诊断及治疗给胸外科医生提供了一个新手段，对患者生理干扰小，确诊率高，易被患者所接受。

Subaxillary minithoarcotomy of video-assisted thoracic surgery to diagnosis and cure 32 pulmonary nodules

Objective Evaluation the video-assisted minithoracotomy(VAMT)to diagnose and cure pulmonary nodules.Methods There were 32 patients with indeterminate lung nodules,the video-assisted minithoracotomy wedge resection has been performed and the biopsy has been made in the operations.Results There were no deaths of all patients,there were eight cases with lung cancers,6 hamartomas,8 tuberculomas,6 inflammatory pseudotumuor,1 arterio venous fistula,1 hemangioma.Conclusion Subaxillary minithoarcotomy of VATS provides doctors with a safe and effective approach to diagnosis treatment of pulmonary nodules.
