屈光不正儿童立体视觉敏感期临床研究

摘    要:目的 探讨正常和屈光不正儿童立体视觉发育的敏感期。方法 对300名正常儿童;334名屈光不正儿童进行相关检查,分析结果。结果 正常儿童中,>9岁及<9岁组远近立体视阈值正常率的提高有显著性差异(P<0.05);近视儿童以8岁为“分界点”;远视儿童以7岁为“分界点”。屈光不正与对照组间立体视锐度正常率有显著性差异(P<0.05);高度、低度屈光不正组间正常率有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 9岁以前是正常儿童立体视发育的敏感期;屈光不正可影响立体视觉的发育,发育敏感期较正常儿童早。

Abstract:Objective To study the sensitive period of development of binoeular vision in ametropic children. Methods The distant and near stereoacuity ( SA ) were examined in 300 normal children and 334 ametropic children. The dates of examination were analyzed by SPSS-10. 0 software. Results Among the normal children, there was significant difference in normal ratio of distant and near SA between > 9 age group and < 9 age group. Among 3-8 age of myopia and 3 ~ 7 age of hypermetropic children, improvement of normal ratio of distant and near SA had clear differences. The difference of normal ratio of SA between the ametropic and normal groups were obvious. The normal ratio of hypermtropie groups(53. 28% ) was more than that of the myopic group(41.75% ). Conclusions The age of 9 years is probably normal children's sensitive period to SA. The sensitive period of binocular vision development in ametropic children is earlier than normal children. Ametropia might inhibit the development of SA.
