| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)治疗痔的临床疗效。方法:采用PPH治疗内痔65例,观察其手术时间、住院时间、术后各种并发症等。结果:平均手术时间10～30min,住院3～5d,平均3d,随访43例,39例满意,均无肛门狭窄或失禁。结论:PPH术具有安全、有效、住院时间短和恢复快等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of procedure for prolapsed and hemorrhoids （PPH） in the treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods 65 cases of hemorrhoids were operated on by PPH and observe the operating time,hospital stay and all the complication after operation.Results The mean time of the operation was 10～30 minutes,the hospitalization was 3～5 days,the mean hospitalization was 3 days.When following up 43 cases of the patients,that 39 cases were satisfactory and there were anal stricture.Conclusion PPH is a safe and effective treatment for hemorrhoids with the advantages of shorter time hospitalization. |
