| 摘 要： | 目的 测定黄芩、黄芪与左氧氟沙星(LVFX)配伍的药物代谢动力学(简称药动学)参数,为临床合理用药提供科学依据.方法采用RP-HPLC法,检测黄芩和黄芪与LVFX配伍给予志愿者后在尿中的排泄量,计算药动学参数.结果黄芩与LVFX配伍使LVFX的累积尿中排出量,由(177.62±11.31) mg下降至(149.4±18.65)mg,P<0.01;排泄分数由(88. 81±5.66)%下降至(74.7±9.33)%,P<0.01.结论黄芪和黄芩与LVFX可同时服用,黄芩与LVFX合用时使尿中LVFX排泄量减少.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of Chinese herbs Hangqi and Hangqin on levofloxacin (LVFX) pharmacokinetics.Methods: The pharmacokinetics were investigated with eight healthy volunteer in an open, random crossover model . Levofloxacin (200 mg) was administered alone or in combination with Huangqi or Huangqin respectively. The urine samples were collected at 0,1,2,4,6,8,12,24 h after each dose. The concentrations of LVFX in urine were determined by RP HPLC.Results: Parameters of pharmacokinetics of LVFX were not affected by Huangqi .The cumulative excretion amount and excretion fraction of LVFX in urine were decreased after administation together with Huangqin. Conclusion:LVFX can be administed with Huangqi ,but it may be interfered by Huangqin. |
