中药含服及认知行为干预对鼻咽癌放化疗致急性口咽炎的效果观察

目的探索中药含服及认知行为干预对预防鼻咽癌同期放化疗期间急性放射性口咽炎的影响。方法选择80例同期放化疗的鼻咽癌患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用中药含服+认知行为干预,对照组采用呋喃西林含漱加常规护理。结果实验组口咽炎发生程度明显轻于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论中药含服同时给予认知行为干预可减轻中、晚期鼻咽癌同期放、化疗患者急性放射性口咽炎症状和发生率,值得推广和应用。

Effects observation for Chinese medicine and cognitive-behavioral intervention treating actue radiation-induced pharyngitis in the nasopharyngeal carinoma patients received concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy

Objective: To study the impact of keeping and taking orally Chinese medicine and cognitive-behavioral intervention for the prevention of acute radiation-induced pharyngitis in the nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients received chemotherapy and radiotherapy.Methods: Eighty nasopharyngeal carcinoma cases of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.The intervention group received Chinese medicine and cognitive behavioral intervention,while the control group used nitrofurazone plus conventional care.Results: Acute radiation-induced pharyngitis in intervention group was significantly lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05),which had statistically significant.Conclusion: Keeping and taking orally Chinese medicine while providing cognitive-behavioral intervention can reduce symptoms and incidence of the acute radiation-induced pharyngitis in advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy,which should be promoted and applied.
