鼻腔鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的临床分析

目的 研究总结鼻腔、鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的临床特征及治疗体会.方法 10例患者均来自泰安市中心医院住院患者,一例单纯化疗,9例行放化疗,治疗前后行影像学检查评价.结果 单纯化疗患者11个月后死亡,9例放化疗患者7例完全缓解(Complete Remission,CR),CR率77.78%,随访两年无复发.2例出现了远处转移.结论 NK/T细胞淋巴瘤虽然是恶性度很高的淋巴瘤亚型,早期发现并行放化疗综合治疗能取得较为理想的结果.

Clinical analysis of patients with nasal-type NK/T cell NHL

Objective: To summerize the outcome and therapy of Nasal-type NK/T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL).Methods: Ten in-patients of Taian City Central Hospital were taken into this study,of which only one was applied chemotherapy alone while the rest were applied radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy.Image examinations were applied before and after therapy to assess the therapy and prognosis.Results: The patient applied chemotherapy alone died after 11 months,while the rest acquired 77.78% CR rate.None was recurrent in 2 years follow-up.Conclusion:Radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy may be the best treatment for early stage NK/T-cell NHL.
