非药物方法对慢性充血性心衰患者抑郁的干预及效果评价

目的探讨非药物干预方法对慢性充血性心力衰竭合并抑郁症患者情绪改善的效果,总结护理经验。方法将76例慢性充血性心衰伴抑郁症患者随机分为试验组与对照组各38例,两组均给于治疗原发病,强心利尿等心衰常规治疗及护理;试验组在此基础上实施非药物干预(包括认知行为干预、支持疗法、放松疗法等),对照组给予心衰常规健康知识宣教,观察两组患者抑郁症状及心功能改善情况。结果试验组患者抑郁症状改善明显,LVEF升高均较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论非药物干预方法能有效缓解慢性心衰患者的抑郁状态,改善病人的心功能,提高生活质量,避免药物治疗的副作用,值得推广。

Non-drug methods of depression in patients with chronic congestive heart failure and effect evaluation of the intervention

Objective: To investigate the non-drug interventions combined with chronic congestive heart failure patients with depression mood improved results,and to summarize the nursing experience.Methods: Seventy-six cases of chronic congestive heart failure with depression were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group of 38 patients in both groups for the treatment of primary disease,heart failure,cardiac and other conventional diuretic treatment and care;the experimental group also had the implementation of non-pharmaceutical interventions(including cognitive-behavioral intervention,supportive therapy,relaxation therapy,etc.),the control group received routine health knowledge about heart failure.The depressive symptoms and cardiac function improvement in patients were observed.Results: The experimental group improved significantly in patients with depressive symptoms,LVEF was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Non-drug interventions can effectively relieve depression in the patients with chronic heart failure,improve the patient’s heart function,improve quality of life and prevent the side effects of drug therapy,which is worth promoting.
