| 摘 要： | 改进经典的集落形成实验，使造血生长因子集落刺激活性的检测方法更加简便易行。方法在２４孔板中培养，采用琼脂半固体培养，根据培养体系中细胞因子的不同适合于多种造血因子集落刺激活性的检测，固定制片徨适于多种染色并可长期保存。 |
