摘    要:目的:探讨Ge-132对荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用及其抗肿瘤免疫效应机制。方法;以荷瘤小鼠为模型,采用腹腔注射Ge-132「100,300mg/(kg.d)」,连续注射14d,观察肿瘤生长及Ge-132对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果;Ge-132能显著抑制荷瘤小鼠S180肉瘤的生长,抑瘤率达55%。

Abstract:Objective: In order to investigate the antitumor effect of Ge132 and its immunological mechanisms. Methods: The tumor-bearing mice were treated with Ge132(100mg/kgd and 300mg/kgd ) and 14 days later to observe the effect of Ge132 on the tumor growth and the immunological functions in tumorbearing mice. Results: Ge132 inhibited the growth of S180 sarcoma significantly and promote the lymphocytic proliferation and IL2 producing ability of spleen cells in S180bearing mice. Ge132 enhanced significantly the activities of NK cells and LAK cells in tumorbearing mice. Conclusion: These results suggested that Ge132 could obviously inhibit the growth of tumor in mice and the antitumor effect of Ge132 might be mediated by inducing the antitumor immunity of the host.
